Acer: Reveal Event

Acer’s Reveal event was a marquee showcase event highlighting the company’s efforts to work towards a more sustainable future. Through an interactive virtual experience and in-person event, Acer featured new products and hosted speakers to discuss the future of sustainability. The event required promotion across multiple channels, event collateral, and experience spaces. Designit built a holistic visual system to tie everything together for one seamless experience.

Acer’s “Reveal” virtual event required a holistic design system in order to maintain consistency across a wide variety of assets. Reveal shines a spotlight on Acer’s 2022 product lineup and offers transparency into their efforts to do and be better for the Earth.

Acer pulled back the curtain on what they have been doing to further the cause, and offers glimpses into the future of sustainability, their innovative products, and the people who use them to build a better future for all.

This was a collaborative effort between the Experiential events team, the Marketing team, and the Creative team. In partnership with our Experiential team, the Creative team brought conceptual strength, visual storytelling capabilities, and graphic design, motion, and production specialty. The Creative team was comprised of nine individuals which included, a Project manager, a Creative Director, an Art Director, two Designers, a Motion Designer, a Production designer, a Videographer, and a Producer.

The entire project was executed in phases over the course of five months, which consisted of one month of concept development, one month of initial visual identity development, then two months of cascading creative production delivery of deliverables needed for the event website, marketing collateral, the digital event space, and the physical keynote space.

Additionally, we partnered with two external vendors to build both the digital event space and the physical, in-person environment. As for managing the client relationship, this was a joint effort between Designit discipline leads to ensure project milestones were met.

Our efforts effectively managed a complex event and provided creative continuity across all assets. The complete experience was massive success, shattering expectations for virtual attendees and engagement.
