Industry Innovation Experiences | Built on the Microsoft Cloud

Wipro Industry Innovation Experience is a collaboration between Wipro and Microsoft intended as comprehensive marketing for a series of industry-aligned tech solutions that run on the Microsoft Cloud with Wipro-empowered technology. The inaugural industry was Retail, which launched in November 2022. That was followed by Financial Services and then Energy & Utilities, both in 2023.

Building a 360°
B2B sales ecosystem

We started with strategy to ensure that all messaging was tailored to resonate with industry-specific audience segments. This allowed the creative team to build the overarching brand and messaging systems.

We built one high-level visual language and then employed color stories to differentiate between different industries. This allowed for one cohesive look and feel with a flexible architecture to build in character.

Matchmaking audience and sales

We dove into each solution, ensuring that they were market-ready and relevant to the industry sector. This led to us building out a suite of collateral that aligned with relevant use cases. We consulted with the industry SMEs as well as the sales team SMEs to ensure the connection between the offerings and the materials. We constructed a holistic user journey and mapped out the deliverables.

We had to cover a myriad of touchpoints, including:

  • Pitch decks

  • Brochures

  • One-pagers

  • Microsite

  • Email blasts

  • Touch-screen experiences

  • Scenic buildouts

  • Demo videos

  • Event planning (live and virtual)

  • Signage

  • Digital ads

Speaking the language

As the strategy team wrapped first the solution intake, and then the leveling process, they worked with SMEs to ensure that all messaging resonated with the appropriate audiences.

The real trick was the sheer number of companies that were included as separate and distinct product and/or service offerings. This web of technological solutions was a powerful story, but we had to create a space that felt familiar no matter the industry or solution.

Ultimately, Designit built unique, self-guided use-case journeys so that extended stakeholders could leverage value propositions specific to their individual business needs.

Making it immersive

The MetaVRse, an interactive, gamified virtual tour experience, is a space in which to explore the vast array of sales enablement content, chat, and video calls in a custom-built, branded environment.

Financial Services was the inaugural industry to launch in the MetaVRse, followed closely by Energy & Utilities, with plans to integrate Retail in the near future.

Setting a course for the future state

The Wipro + Microsoft Industry Innovation Experience became a comprehensive and cohesive B2B sales-enablement program.

The push for ingenuity and innovation showcased both companies as leaders in how to bring large-scale sales programs to life.

The course is set for additional industries to join the roster, with Healthcare and Manufacturing next on the horizon and Artificial Intelligence not far behind.
